My love for marketing began at 13 when I took my first advertising design course at FIT in New York City. From then on, I was hooked. After graduating from Boston University and moving back to NYC, I started my career creating content for a travel company before moving to a fast-paced software startup as one of their first marketing hires.
Over time, I built my career across nearly every corner of marketing, from brand and product marketing to demand generation, content, and marketing operations. After earning my MBA and leading high-performing teams at global B2B SaaS companies, I founded Willow & Bee to do what I love most: helping marketing teams grow stronger, more confident, and more effective.
At Willow & Bee, we partner with marketing leaders and founders who want to bring out the best in their teams. We focus on structure, collaboration, and strategy. These are the elements that turn potential into performance.
My approach is shaped by decades inside corporate marketing. I understand the realities, pressures, and competing priorities that teams face every day. That perspective helps me identify where processes can improve, where communication breaks down, and how to create alignment that lasts.
Because at the end of the day, great marketing doesn’t just happen. It’s built by great teams working in sync.

With more than 20 years of B2B and SaaS marketing experience, we’ve led and supported teams through every stage of growth. Willow & Bee was founded to share that experience — helping marketing leaders and teams build clarity, confidence, and lasting impact.

We believe strong marketing starts with strong teams. Our work combines strategic insight with practical guidance to improve collaboration, planning, and performance. From refining structure and processes to developing forecasting and reporting frameworks, we help teams work smarter and scale sustainably.

We don’t just advise from the sidelines — we work alongside you. Every engagement is hands-on and collaborative, focused on creating systems that fit your business and empower your people. The result: a marketing team that operates with alignment, purpose, and measurable results.
